Himlotus ("we", "us", "our") sells ready-to-wear and custom-tailored clothing, and offers lehenga/saree rental services, through himlotus.com.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Prices are listed in INR (₹) for customers in India, and automatically converted to an approximate equivalent in your local currency for international visitors. The final charge amount is confirmed at checkout in the currency processed by our payment gateway.
Garments made to custom measurements are produced specifically for you and are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Rental bookings require a refundable security deposit. Rented garments must be returned in the condition received, within the agreed rental period; damage or late-return charges may apply as communicated at the time of booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
